NEO: The World Ends with You is the 2021 follow-up to the Nintendo DS cult RPG, on PlayStation 4.
What is the story?
Rindo and his friends are pulled into the Reapers' Game, a contest where teams complete missions across Shibuya or face erasure. It follows the first game but stands alone.
How does combat work?
Each character is mapped to a face button and fights with a pin badge, so combos run across the whole party at once. Pins are collected and upgraded, and the difficulty can be lowered at any point.
Is it single-player?
Yes. The story and combat are single-player.
