Bloodborne - Game of the Year Edition bundles FromSoftware's game with The Old Hunters expansion on PlayStation 4.
What is the game?
A hunter arrives in Yharnam during a plague and fights through a gothic city descending into madness. The story is told through the environment and item descriptions more than dialogue.
How does it play?
Combat is faster and more aggressive than Dark Souls: there are no shields, firearms are used to parry, and trading hits back is often the right choice. Trick weapons transform between two movesets.
What does the GOTY Edition add?
The Old Hunters expansion, which adds new areas, bosses and weapons. It is included on this release rather than sold separately.
