How does a run work?
Zagreus picks a weapon and enters the Underworld's regions, choosing between god boons as he goes. Death sends him back to the house, where the story continues and permanent upgrades carry over.
Is it different every run?
Yes. Chamber layouts, enemies and boon choices change, and the god duo boons create new combinations. The story advances across many attempts.
Is there an easy mode?
Yes. God Mode reduces incoming damage and can be toggled at any time.
